He is the General Coordinator of entrepreneurial and innovation programs and projects at Agência Curitiba de Desenvolvimento e Inovação SA, where he previously worked as Manager of Tax Incentives (Curitiba Tecnoparque Program) and Manager of the City of Startups Program. He studied economics at UFPR and received his law degree from FESP. Specialist in management of environments that promote innovation by UNIOCENTRO (in course). He has training, specializations, and several courses in the area of public management. He is an enthusiast and scholar of the new economy and content related to science, technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation. He also acts as a mentor, consultant, speaker, and instructor in the areas of training and professional practice. He has been a public servant for the Municipality of Curitiba for 28 years, and is very proud to serve.
Cassio Ferreira

Cassio Camargo Ferreira holds an undergraduate degree in Advertising and Publicity from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (2016), a postgraduate degree in Digital Media from Positivo University (2018), an MBA in Marketing from the Federal University of Paraná (2021), and a certificate in Digital Transformation from the Technological University of Denmark (DTU). He is currently Director of Public Relations at Curitiba City Hall, where he is responsible for the Social Media and Digital Projects sector at the Municipal Secretariat of Social Communication. He teaches communication courses focused on public management at Unyflex. He has already worked in the communication market with big brands such as the Paraná State Government, Subway Brasil, Shopping Mueller, and Mueller Eletrodomésticos. In addition, he was the creator of one of the most influential websites in the capital of Paraná, “Busão Curitiba” (2010), being a pioneer in the city’s digital influencers market.
Adriano Cesar Machado Pereira (mediator)

Adriano C. Machado Pereira has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2000), a master’s degree (2002) and a PhD degree (2007) in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, and a post-doctorate degree from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, in a PosDoc program carried out in cooperation with the company Universo On Line (UOL), concluded in 2009. During his doctorate, he worked as a visiting researcher at the Business School of University of Connecticut. Before the Academy, he worked for a start-up for eight years in e-commerce and business intelligence. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Federal University of Minas Gerais. He has experience in Computer Science, with emphasis on Computer Methodology and Techniques, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Computational Finance. He works mainly on the following topics: Data Characterization and Analysis, Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence, Web Applications, E-Commerce, Data Science for Agribusiness and Finance, Models and Algorithms for Financial Market. He is a member of the National Institute of Science and Technology for the Web (InWeb), National Institute of Science and Technology for Cyber-Physical Systems (INCT-Cyber) and the DCC/UFMG’s Embrapii Unit in Cyber-Physical Systems (www.embrapii.dcc.ufmg.br). He is active in social entrepreneurship projects, especially in the areas of public health, early childhood education, projects for people with disabilities (PWD), and finance. He is a CNPq productivity scholar in technological development.
