VIII Iberoamerican Conference on Applications and Usability of Interactive TV (jAUTI2019)

The jAUTI2019 will be held during the Webmedia 2019 from 29 October to 01 November 2019, in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). The event aims to present research efforts from academia, industry or government agencies in designing, development, and usability of Digital TV applications and related technologies (IPTV, SmartTV, Connected TV, and Web TV). It will be an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences with researchers of this intercontinental network.

INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS

Authors are invited to submit research or technical papers presenting ongoing or completed work, previously unpublished work and that have not been simultaneously submitted to any other forum (conference or journal).

jAuti 2019 accepts two types of submissions:

  • full papers (10 to 12 pages in the LNCS/CCIS one-column page format): for mature or concluded projects.
  • short papers (6 to 8 pages in the LNCS/CCIS one-column page format): for ongoing work, with preliminary results projects.

Page limit does include “References”.

Admitted languages: english (preferable), portuguese or spanish.

All papers will be have triple blind review to assure high quality results.

Papers must address one or more of the topics of the conference and follow the Springer guidelines, which can be find in the author’s instruction page.

The submissions of papers is carried in the online platform available here.

All accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of the conference under ISBN reference. A selection of the best papers will be chosen and their authors will be invited to send an extended version of it for its checking and later publication in Springer CCIS, Communications in Computer and Information Science, indexed in Scopus.
