Por outro lado, servi\u00e7os de base tecnol\u00f3gica similar v\u00eam evoluindo, como IPTV <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Internet Protocol Television<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digital Signage<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Streaming OTT (Over-the-top)<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e redes sociais, adicionando experi\u00eancias cada vez mais imersivas, incorporando novos formatos de \u00e1udio e v\u00eddeo, realidade virtual, efeitos sensoriais, interfaces avan\u00e7adas de intera\u00e7\u00e3o, entre outros avan\u00e7os.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Considerando a expertise da Comunidade WebMedia nos mais diversos aspectos em que se fundamentam os atuais e futuros servi\u00e7os multim\u00eddia, convidamos todos a participarem de discuss\u00f5es de novas propostas e dos desdobramentos promovidos com a defini\u00e7\u00e3o da pr\u00f3xima gera\u00e7\u00e3o de TV digital terrestre do Brasil &#8211; o Projeto TV 3.0, promovido pelo F\u00f3rum SBTVD, Minist\u00e9rio das Comunica\u00e7\u00f5es (MCom) e Rede Nacional de Ensino e Pesquisa (RNP).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As discuss\u00f5es ser\u00e3o orientadas por <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">position papers<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que descrevam a opini\u00e3o fundamentada dos grupos de pesquisa da Comunidade WebMedia acerca dos requisitos da TV 3.0, poss\u00edveis solu\u00e7\u00f5es, os desdobramentos, as aus\u00eancias e frentes de P&amp;D atuais e futuras. Recomenda-se que os <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">position papers<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> contenham se\u00e7\u00f5es de: introdu\u00e7\u00e3o, descri\u00e7\u00e3o de estado da arte, detalhamento da proposta e conclus\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">position papers<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> passar\u00e3o por pr\u00e9via avalia\u00e7\u00e3o por pares quanto \u00e0 sua forma e argumenta\u00e7\u00e3o. A inten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 promover discuss\u00f5es livres sobre todas as opini\u00f5es adequadamente argumentadas. O workshop se aproxima de um brainstorming guiado pelos <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">position papers<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que v\u00e3o compor a sua pauta. Ainda, ser\u00e1 disponibilizado um bloco para demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es das propostas contidas nos <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">position papers<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight:
