O sistema fornecer\u00e1 as informa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para que a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o seja confirmada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><b>Inscri\u00e7\u00e3o para Autores<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para artigos aceitos,<\/span><b> \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que pelo menos 1 (um) autor esteja inscrito<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e pago no evento (inscri\u00e7\u00e3o completa, n\u00e3o \u00e9 v\u00e1lido day pass, nem isen\u00e7\u00f5es de s\u00f3cios institucionais). <\/span><b>A inscri\u00e7\u00e3o de autores dever\u00e1 ser feita at\u00e9 o dia 13\/09\/2024<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ao efetuar sua inscri\u00e7\u00e3o no sistema ECOS, o autor dever\u00e1 preencher os campos \u201cT\u00edtulo do artigo\u201d e \u201cN\u00famero JEMS do artigo\u201d, na \u00e1rea \u201cArtigos\u201d, indicando os artigos que est\u00e3o cobertos por aquela inscri\u00e7\u00e3o. Com isso, n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio fazer upload de qualquer comprovante no JEMS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uma inscri\u00e7\u00e3o somente ser\u00e1 considerada v\u00e1lida quando seu status aparecer como \u2018Pago\u2019, com exce\u00e7\u00e3o das inscri\u00e7\u00f5es por nota de empenho ou faturamento, que possuem um prazo maior de processamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No WebMedia 2024 n\u00e3o se aplicam taxas de publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><b>Pol\u00edtica de Cancelamento<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>At\u00e9 dia 07\/10\/2024<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pode-se fazer uma devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de <\/span><b>50% do valor pago<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pela inscri\u00e7\u00e3o no WebMedia 2024. Ap\u00f3s esta data, n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer valor pago. A pol\u00edtica se aplica tanto para o cancelamento da inscri\u00e7\u00e3o, quanto para o cancelamento de qualquer atividade adicional.
